Hello there! These past three days haven't been my best. I have been skipping meals, not exercising, and I have been eating a lot of junk food. I've been on the move a lot between work and school. I didn't come up with a game plan on how I was going to stay on top of my meals (healthy ones of course) and exercise as well. So while I have some time, why not do it now?

Lets start here, starting tomorrow!

Im going to go food shopping tomorrow and let you know what I picked up in order to stay on a healthy meal plan. I wont be buying much since I live on campus, but I will keep you guys updated.
